Russian Olive Honey is a rare and distinctive honey produced from the blossoms of the Elaeagnus angustifolia tree — locally known as Sinjid — which grows across the valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan. It has a unique rich, slightly spiced aroma and a deep amber colour. This is a truly rare honey, seldom found outside of northern Pakistan.
